Here at ELS, we have Orientation every Monday (that’s not a Holiday). Orientation can take place at each of our terminals. OTR Orientation is held in Kenly, NC. Intermodal Driver Orientation is held in West Memphis, AR. Our Heavy Haul Orientation is held in Perrysburg, OH.
Orientation is normally Monday through Thursday. ELS will supply you with a rental car to get to Orientation, paid hotel room, meals as well as $1,500.00 in Orientation pay that is fully paid out within 90 Days. When you arrive to ELS you will be given a DOT Drug Test and your New Hire Paperwork. White you are here you will also be given a Road Test as well as do a full walk through of a DOT Pre-Trip Inspection.
Each of our classes will have a chance to talk with someone from every department of the company. They will answer all of your questions and explain expectations for you the Driver, as well as what they expect from you.
